- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Worst service ever for two of my family members. I can see the bad press they are getting is accurate. They NEVER call back. My sister was trying to arrange her mortgage with my husband and I as co-signers and they wasted so much of our time and deadlines because they didn't call. Then my mom was arranging for a consolidation and it has been a month since her bank manager has gotten back to her. So rude and unprofessional. The unfortunate part is that now they will tell people not to deal with you and I will continue their sentiments. Very disappointing. Go with Scotiabank. They are all about customer service.
